North Sea Navy
Juniper, cracked pepper, and samphire picked up the coast. It is hot on purpose. Built for a long drink with a bitter tonic, a slice of grapefruit, and ice that hasn’t melted into sadness.
What’s actually in stock
We tried a wall of whisky once. Nobody could choose, including us. Cases of six go out on Wednesdays inside the UK. Write before you assume we can post the mezcal; some weeks we can’t.

Kentucky rye, four years in new oak, bottled for the shop at cask strength then brought down to 46% with Kentish spring water. Pepper, cocoa nib, orange peel. Our label, their whisky, no story about a grandfather.
A small lot from a back room in Trieste. Gentian, dried orange, a little rhubarb root. Bitter enough to end a meal. Also good with soda and a peel if you are not ready to go home.
Espadín roasted in an earth pit, distilled once. Smoke that stays in the empty glass. Drink it in a small measure. We keep the salt and orange for people who ask, and we do not offer a second lime.
